Egg Donation Cycle Cancellation

If your egg donation cycle is cancelled for any reason before your donor starts medications, you can apply the entire agency fee and donor compensation to a new egg donor at our agency.

In the event you do not want a replacement donor or cannot find another donor at our agency within three months, we will refund 75% of the agency fee and 100% of the donor compensation and related costs.

If your egg donation cycle is cancelled for medical reasons or reasons outside the control of the donor after she has started injectable medications, the egg donor will receive $1,000 in compensation for her time. You can apply the entire agency fee and egg donor compensation to a new egg donor through our agency.

If you do not want a replacement donor or cannot find another donor at our agency within three months, we will refund 75% of the agency fee and 100% of the donor compensation and related costs (less the $1,000 paid to the donor).

Incomplete Egg Donation Cycle

If an incomplete cycle occurs due to donor error, the egg donor will receive NO compensation or reimbursement. You can apply the entire agency fee and egg donor compensation to a new egg donor cycle through our agency.

If the  prospective parent does not desire a replacement donor or cannot find another donor  through our agency within three months, we will refund 75% of the agency fee and 100% of the egg donor compensation and related costs.

Unsuccessful Egg Donation Cycle

If your first egg donor cycle is unsuccessful and you have no viable frozen embryos available for additional transfers, our elite agency will find you another donor for a reduced agency fee.
