I have worked with Elite on two separate occasions over the years. In reflection now, I wanted to take the time to properly write a note of thanks to Sheryl and her staff for an outstanding job at communication, responsiveness, openness, customer service, warmth and support.

Going through a fertility process can be daunting and nerve wracking, and it’s one that entails a lot of pieces, people and details. Someone told me once that it takes a village to do a donor egg IVF cycle!

As a client, Sheryl and her team always gave me confidence throughout the process, and I always felt reassured that they were taking care of things. They helped me through each step and did an outstanding job at customer service and communication. I couldn’t have done it without Elite.

At first, I thought that being an out-of-state client would be more challenging, but in fact I felt more connected to Elite than my home-based fertility clinic and team. This says a lot about Sheryl and the team she built. Sheryl truly cares about you as the client, as well as the wonderful egg donors, so you feel you’re a part of an extended family.

Elite was a breath of fresh air and relieved a lot of my stress as we worked closely together as a team. Thank you so much Sheryl and your team for all you have done for my family, and for the many others. We are most grateful and thankful for you.
