From the first moment I spoke with Sheryl Anderson and her staff, I felt like family. The staff was friendly, compassionate and always went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and informed. I never got the impression I was just another donor. The staff was genuinely concerned for my safety and would never compromise my health. I have donated 4 times. Preceding and succeeding each donation the staff would stay in contact with me to ensure my concerns were addressed
